If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Cancellations
As we aim to process booking orders and arrange logistics for our services as fast as possible and ahead of the scheduled date of the tour, at the same time ensure that ongoing current tour operations are conducted smoothly, we do not encourage cancellation and rescheduling of a booked tour and therefore are non-refundable.

Booked tours that are canceled due to weather, political or other conditions that Wild Expeditions Palawan have no control of are eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Canceled tours (before the tour operations have started) due to weather, political or other conditions that Wild Expeditions Palawan has no control of is eligible to a refund of 90% of the total tour package price.

Canceled tours (during tour operations, where some expenses are already spent by the client and the company, such as gas for transportation and/or food consumed during the tour) due to weather, political or other conditions that Wild Expeditions Palawan has no control of is eligible to a refund of 60% of the total tour package price.

No-shows are non-refundable.

You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
